Asahi CALPIS Cocokara Care is a functional probiotic containing the scientifically studied strain Lactobacillus gasseri CP2305, developed to support emotional well-being, sleep, and gut health.
The inactivated CP2305 strain interacts with the gastrointestinal epithelium and, via the vagus nerve, influences nervous system function. This helps reduce levels of stress markers associated with anxiety and emotional tension while supporting the dominance of the parasympathetic nervous system, which is directly linked to deeper, more stable sleep. Simultaneously, the strain has a positive impact on the gut environment, supporting its physiological balance.
Asahi CALPIS Cocokara Care is the ideal choice for those seeking gentle support for their emotional state, sleep, and digestive health without stimulants or extra calories.
