Asahi Kasei Cookper Scum & Oil Absorbing Sheet is a practical kitchen accessory designed to remove excess fat and scum while preparing hot dishes. A single sheet can absorb up to 240 kcal of fat. At the same time, the volume of the broth is barely reduced, helping to preserve the full, rich flavor of your dish.
The double-layer structure effectively captures both scum and grease, locking them in upon first contact. The sheet does not become soggy or lose its shape during use. These sheets are tasteless, odorless, do not discolor the broth, and do not affect the aroma of your food.
