S&B Powder Wasabi is made from selected horseradish using the company’s unique technology that preserves its characteristic pungent heat and fresh aroma. When mixed with water the powder turns into a paste of rich green color with a bright flavor. The seasoning enhances the taste of fresh fish and is ideal for sushi, sashimi, rolls, as well as soba buckwheat noodles and other traditional Japanese dishes.
