Composition and method of application

How to take: Take 4 tablets after a meal.

You should not take calcium and iron supplements together, because mixing the minerals may reduce the absorption of iron from your intestines.

Ingredients: Iron - 6 mg, Copper - 0.9 mg, Folic acid - 200 μg, Vitamin B6 - 1.6 mg, Vitamin B12 - 2.4 mg, Tsuintosu - 500 mg. Please do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Do not take the product if you are allergic to soy.
