Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide directly from our Japanese office. You can check the list of countries we ship to during the checkout process.

What are the shipping options?

We offer the following shipping methods from Japan:

  • EMS Express shipping
    EMS (Express Mail Service) is fast and reliable. Packages usually arrive within 7-14 days after shipment (occasionally as quick as 3-4 days).
    • To know if EMS is available in your country, please click here.
    • Tracking details are automatically sent to you once your order is shipped.
  • Japan Post (International Avia Post)
    • Standard shipping via Japan Post takes around 14-20 days to arrive.
    • This option is more affordable than EMS but with slightly extended delivery times.

    Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs, weather, or local post office delays.

  • We have also added a following option for small parcels under 2 kilo of weight Small Packets Air Mail
    • Depending on the country shipping takes around 10-20 days to arrive.
    • This option is the cheapest one we can offer, but it has strict weight limitations.

How long does it take to ship my order?

We aim to process your order as quickly as possible!

  • In stock: 2-7 business days to dispatch.
  • Out of stock: We’ll email you with updated shipping times.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time. Shipping duration depends on your country’s postal system.

What is item processing time?

After your order is received, each item undergoes strict quality control to ensure top quality.

  • Standard Processing: Approximately 2-7 business days.
  • Handmade or unique items may take longer, but we will notify you about the timeline after purchase.

My address has changed. Can you reroute my package?

After dispatch, packages cannot be rerouted by us. You can, however, contact your local post office and request rerouting.

My parcel has been returned to Japan. What can I do?

If your parcel is returned due to reasons like incorrect address or unpaid customs fees:

  • We can resend it, but you’ll need to pay the full shipping fee again.
  • You will be contacted by our office upon receiving the returned parcel.

Are there additional customs fees or taxes?

International orders may be subject to additional import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by your destination country. These are determined by your government and are not included in our charges.

Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with their country’s import laws and to cover any local charges. JapanesBeauty holds no liability for these additional costs.

Can you declare my order as a gift or reduce its value?

Unfortunately, we cannot declare orders as gifts or lower their value due to customs regulations and parcel insurance policies. Our packaging process is optimized to minimize customs-related complications.
