How to use: Fully charge the device. Place it around your neck, ensuring the contact elements rest on the skin over the neck muscles—not on the front or sides of the neck. Make sure the skin is clean and dry. Turn on the device and select the desired mode (EMS, vibration, heat). Start with the lowest intensity level for your first use and gradually increase only to a comfortable level without discomfort or pain. After the session, turn off the device and carefully remove it from your neck.

Session Duration: A typical session lasts 8–15 minutes. Do not use the device more than 2–3 times a day. Allow a break of at least 1–2 hours between sessions to let the muscles recover.
