Returns policy

Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product's expiration date has passed.
  • You received a different product than the one you ordered.
  • The product you received is damaged.

Return Method:

  • If the product's expiration date has passed: Please send us a clear image showing the product's expiration date.
  • If you received a different product than the one you ordered: Please provide an image clearly showing the incorrect product received.
  • If the product you received is damaged: Please present a certificate issued by the delivery company.

Note: Refunds will be processed within two weeks after all conditions are met.
