How to use: Apply to cleansed skin. Wait a few minutes for the makeup base to be completely absorbed into the skin before applying foundation.

Ipsa Control Base will make your make-up last all day long! It shrinks pores and evens complexion for a glossy, smooth finish. The active formula helps to protect the skin against UV-rays and prevents damage. Control Base are three color-correcting primers which utilize IPSA’s unique Lighting Formula to add red, blue, and yellow shades to the skin.
Control Base Pink corrects dull, wane skin tones with a splash of pink light.
Control Base Yellow corrects hyperpigmentation, dark spots, and dark circles with a splash of yellow light.
Control Base Blue corrects redness caused by irritation, blemishes, and broken capillaries with a splash of blue light.
