Spa Treatment eX Deep Bright HQ-1.9s cream contains stable hydroquinone encapsulated in a special new generation DPD nanocapsules. Due to the unique penetrating formula, hydroquinone easily gets into the skin deepest layers and provides a quick positive effect:
