Kose Jill Stuart Lip Blossom Balm is a lightweight, semi-translucent balm that provides instant hydration, comfortable shine, and smooths the surface of the lips. A balanced blend of highly adhesive and elastic oils creates an even coating on the lips, making them appear visually fuller and smoother with minimal visible vertical lines.
The balm features a gentle melting texture, delivering a “wet lips” effect without being sticky. The shine is moderately moist but not reflective. The color is delicate and sheer, ranging from soft pink to coral depending on the chosen shade. It has a floral, subtle fragrance with a hint of sweetness.
The formula includes nourishing ingredients that intensely feed, hydrate, and soften the skin of the lips, promoting moisture retention and alleviating dryness while providing smoothness and natural fullness.
