Nissin Donbei PRO High Protein & Low Carb Kitsune Udon - the legendary "donbê" now comes in a new version with increased protein content (16.3 g per serving), reduced carbohydrates (30% less than the regular product), and high dietary fiber. The udon retains its classic flavor: a rich fish broth based on bonito and soy sauce, aromatic seaweed flakes, and traditional delicious fried tofu on top that absorbs the broth's taste.

The noodles in this version are firmer and denser due to the addition of plant protein and psyllium, but they still hold their texture perfectly.

Ingredients: noodles (wheat flour), vegetable oil, plant protein, salt, psyllium husk, dextrin, soy fiber, seasonings (seasoned fried tofu), broth (collagen peptides, salt, soy powder, bonito extract, fish meal (bonito), seven spices blend, sugar, seaweed powder, green onion, vegetable oil), modified starch, thickeners (polysaccharides), flavorings (amino acids and others), sorbitol, calcium carbonate, phosphates (sodium), caramel coloring, antioxidant (vitamin E), acidity regulator, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), emulsifiers, flavorings, carotenoid coloring, tea extract, vitamins B1, B2.

How to cook:

  1. Open the lid halfway and remove the packets.
  2. Pour the contents back into the cup.
  3. Slowly add boiling water up to the inner line.
  4. Close the lid and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir thoroughly before serving.
