S&B Spice & Herb Seasoning Herb Chicken

Ingredients include: cornmeal, granulated garlic (garlic, starch, salt), salt, ground sesame, onion powder, black pepper, basil, oregano, parsley, marjoram, thyme, flavor enhancers (amino acids and others), calcium phosphate, silicon dioxide, thickener (guar gum).

Nutritional value (1 package (10 g)): Energy 32 kcal, Protein 1 g, Fat 0.6 g, Carbohydrates 5.7 g, Salt 1.8 g.

Cooking instructions:

1. Cut the chicken thigh (1 piece, 250 g) into pieces.
2. Coat the meat with the contents of 1 seasoning packet (10 g).
3. Place on a double layer of foil and fold up the edges to prevent juices from leaking out.
4. Bake in an electric oven at 1000 W for about 10 minutes. If the chicken starts to burn, cover it with foil.
5. You can also cook it in a skillet - after coating, sauté in ½ tablespoon of oil until fully cooked.

For a richer flavor, marinate the meat with the seasoning for 30 minutes before cooking.
