Ingredients for curry:
- Chicken breasts or any other meat (you can also cook curry without meat)
- 2 potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 850 ml water
How to make curry:
- Cut meat into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut onion, carrot, and potatoes into cubes
- Transfer meat to a frying pan, and cook for 10 mins.
- Add vegetables to the frying pan and cook for 10 mins.
- Transfer meat and veggies to a saucepan, pour with 850 ml of water and simmer over low heat until potatoes have cooked.
- Add Housefood’s Java Curry and simmer for 10 minutes. The sauce should thicken.
- Serve warm with rice in a proportion of 50/50. Bon appetit!
