MTG Facial Fitness PAO is an effective development of Japanese scientists to combat the main signs of aging. How to use: Take a comfortable position (standing or sitting) in front of the mirror. Open your mouth in an "O" shape. Insert the mouthpiece and pinch it with your lips, smile. Tilt your head up and down (with a small amplitude) while rocking the machine. Make sure your shoulders remain motionless. Do the exercise 2 times a day for 30 seconds.

It is recommended to do a light warm-up before using the simulator:

Turn your head to the right, hold for 4 seconds. Return to the starting position, then turn to the left and also hold for 4 seconds. Repeat 3 times.
Raise your head up, hold for 4 seconds. Return to the starting position, then lower it down and also hold it for 4 seconds. Repeat 3 times.
Use your fingertips to press along the massage lines, using gentle movements from bottom to top (use massage cream).

Maintenance: after use, carefully detach the mouthpiece, rinse it under running water, dry it. Store the mouthpiece in a special case.

Note: The total recommended exercise time is 30-90 seconds (2 times a day). The increased load can damage the muscles.
