Composition and method of application

Ingredients: butenafine hydrochloride 1.0 g, lidocaine 2.0 g, glycyrrhetinic acid 0.5 g crotamiton 5.0 g, dl-camphor 1.0 g, isopropyl methyl phenol 0.3 g, chlorpheniramine maleate 0.5 g, l-menthol 2.0 g.

Inactive ingredients: isopropyl myristate, propylene glycol, polysorbate 60, carboxyvinyl polymers, parabens, triethanolamine.
