Composition and method of application
How to use: take 2-3 capsules per day with water. At any time of the day, regardless of food intake. However, it is recommended to take the capsules in the evening. Start your first dose with 2 capsules. If you do not notice positive changes within 7 days, increase the dose to 3 capsules per day. Skipping capsules is not critical. Observe the changes in your skin and body for a while and figure out the best way to take it. In case of severe ailments, it is possible to increase the dose to 3-4 capsules. Return to the normal number of capsules when you feel better.
