YEBISU YAIBA Nagi Sakai Luxury Kitchen Knife Damascus knives are handcrafted by skilled artisans from high-carbon steel alloyed with cobalt and molybdenum. This material is known for its excellent corrosion resistance and sharp edge, which is easy to polish and sharpen.  

The blade features a unique pattern: the upper part of the blade has a forged finish, while the lower part displays a laminated Damascus steel design symbolizing a calm sea.
