Product description

ANCL Multivitamins & Minerals contains 11 vitamins and ten minerals. It contains group B vitamins, as well as vitamins E, C, and D. Effectively selected mix of vitamins and minerals works perfectly to improve your health and well-being.

Group B vitamins will provide your body with energy by transforming carbohydrates into glucose and breaking down fats. These vitamins help to normalize metabolism, restore the nervous system and fight depression. They have an antidepressant effect on your body (improve mood).

Vitamin C builds collagen, protects mucous membranes, and prevents scurvy. Vitamin C is essential to keep the immune system functioning and help the body fight infections, viruses, and even cancer. Vitamin C improves liver health, thereby removing toxins from the body. The healthy liver is your healthy skin.

Vitamin E or "female vitamin", prevents premature aging and improves reproductive function. Vitamin E enhances sperm production in men and helps to reduce menstrual cramps and relieve the symptoms of menopause in women. First of all, vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant. It helps restore cell membranes and protect tissues from free radicals that destroy the body cells. Vitamin E can improve hair health and boost its growth. It improves skin condition and strengthens the nails. Thanks to the antioxidant properties, vitamin E can prevent oncological diseases, for example, breast cancer and prostate cancer. Vitamin E affects the blood coagulability, helping to prevent the blood clots. It improves the elasticity of large and small vessels and also slows down the formation of cholesterol plaques.

Vitamin D improves calcium absorption, regulate phosphorus-calcium metabolism. Vitamin D is needed for blood clotting, healthy growth of bones, tissues, heart function. Vitamin D stimulates the cathelicidin production. This antimicrobial protein helps the body cope with inflammation and fight infections, including thrush. Vitamin D regulates enzyme production, improves mood and well-being, prevents depression.

Folic acid helps to keep your cells healthy. It is essential for pregnant women and helps to improve the sperm quality in men. Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) provides your body with energy, normalizes the CNS function and improves intestinal motility.

Vitamin B5 helps to keep your skin and mucous membranes healthy. Stimulates wound healing process.

Beta-carotene protects our cells from free radicals. Therefore, it is considered a powerful antioxidant that may increase the immune system.

Coenzyme Q10 is the spark plug of the human body: Just as a car can't run without that initial spark, the human body can't get going without CoQ10. Coenzyme Q10 improves the use of oxygen at the cellular level, especially in the cells of the heart muscle and brain.  It is an essential component of the mitochondria, which produce the power that cells need to divide, move, contract, and perform all their other functions. CoQ10 also plays a critical role in the manufacture of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the energy that drives all body processes. What’s more, CoQ10 is a vital antioxidant that protects the cells against damage. Coenzyme Q10 is a powerful antioxidant that effectively neutralizes free radicals, which cause oxidative damage to cells.

Iron deficiency can lead to chronic fatigue, impaired concentration, sleepiness, frequent colds, pale skin, brittle nails, dull hair, chapped lips, etc. Iron is required for many vital functions including oxygen transport and energy metabolism. It is an essential element for blood production. Iron is essential for the formation of hemoglobin, that is essential for transferring oxygen in your blood from the lungs to the tissues. This mineral is vital for women health as women lose blood during menstruation. Your body can get iron only with food or iron supplements.

Calcium deficiency (hypocalcemia) can lead to dental changes, cataracts, alterations in the brain, and osteoporosis, which causes the bones to become brittle. Calcium plays a vital role in the processes of muscle contraction, blood clotting. The combination of calcium and magnesium helps to maintain a healthy cardiovascular system.

Magnesium is vital for heart health. Regular intake of magnesium normalizes the heart rhythm, blood pressure, blood flow, reduces the risk of thrombosis.

Iodine is an element that is needed for the production of thyroid hormone. It improves the metabolic process and helps to transform food into energy.
